I finally bought myself a little, white Christmas tree. I've wanted one for soooo many years! And while I'll post pictures of my pretty, little tree when I finally have it decorated, I couldn't help but look around for a some lovely, white tree inspiration [and a few others thrown in there 'cause they're pretty too!] ... I have bright, colored lights for my little tree, and even without decorations, I think it looks rather stunnning. Now, off to search for my box of ornaments!

tea party for the twins!

I've been creating and dreaming up a sparkly, girly, festive tea party for the twins as they celebrate their fifth birthday. This is the moodboard I came up with... lots of glitter, tulle, balloons, striped paper straws, and yummy food...like the above layered-cake, creme brulee, cherry cookies, strawberry milk, mango soda, and cake batter dip!

Ruche: Cherished, a Romantic Winter

I'm pretty much in love with this season's Ruche collection. If I hadn't already anticipated the coming of winter and Christmas, these pages from the Cherished Lookbook have convinced me to be! I adore the soft lighting, the muted jewel-tones, the nod to warm drinks al fresco-style, and the 1940's hair-flair. It's winter done so, so right.

In other wonderful news, I'm back again...with a fresh, new face and name! Yay! I have sooo much vision for Be+Lovely. Keep your eyes open!
